Small Doll With Changing Face (3)

I am looking for a doll that I had when I was a little girl. She was very small about 1.5 to 2 inches big. She was all plastic (including hair) and you could turn her face to change her facial expression. Smile, mouth open, eyes shut. If anyone knows what this doll's name is or has one please contact me.
