Chein Magic Tulip Top Toy

I am looking for a chein magic tulip top toy. it is basically a thick pine shapped globe that sits ontop of a metal base. in the middle of the globe is a closed metal tulip. when you push the handle on the sid eof the metal base the tulip inside the globe opens and in the middle is a ballerina. I had one of these as a child and have been gong crazy trying to track down another one. I found one on e-bay but it was badly damaged can you help me.
