1970 Dodge Charger Smack Up Car W/ Mechanic Tools

I am looking for a car toy from the 1970's I believe the car was about 12-15" long Dodge Charger maybe 1970/1973 Toy came with a crashed interchangable fender and tools to remove tires and had a lift also...I can't remeber the brand. I would so appreciate any help in finding this toy or telling me what the name of it was. Thanks so much
