Looking For My Grandaughter's Bun-Bun!

My granddaughter will be turning 16, and she really wants to find Bun-Bun, a stuffed bunny that she had for years. He is puffy, made out of sort of a terry cloth material. He had blue overalls (silky), with yellow buttons. He had a long -sleeved green shirt. He didn't have any legs, just two puffy feet. His eyes were brown, and stitched. Thank you!
