1980s Talking Dog

I am looking for a stuffed dog that I had when I was a child. It was passed through the family and lost somewhere along the line. He is a brown dog with large, dark brown ears. He has a little pink heart on his chest. He has a button inside both ears, both arms, his tail and both feet. Whe you press either the tail or either ear, he says "Ow! It hurts, it hurts!". When you press his feet and stomach he begins to laugh and says "HeeHeeHee That tickles!" and when you press his hand he says "I'm a good buddy, I'm you huggy" (or something like that) All I can remember is that I called him Henry.
